ArcGIS Developer

The Customer is seeking Senior Software Engineers proficient in ArcGIS development, based in Gurugram, Bengaluru, or Nagpur. As a skilled technical lead, you will oversee a team of developers with expertise in GIS-based applications, particularly ArcGIS. The ideal candidate possesses hands-on experience with ArcGIS APIs, map tools, various layers, and coordinate systems. Additionally, experience with ArcGIS Enterprise tools and VertiGIS Studio Web and SDK is advantageous. Strong leadership skills and troubleshooting abilities are crucial for this role. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain GIS-based applications using React and ArcGIS APIs. - Work with diverse map layers, coordinate systems, and spatial data. - Integrate and optimize map tools within GIS applications. - Implement various ArcGIS functionalities like layer management, geocoding, and spatial analysis. - Ensure application performance and scalability with large spatial datasets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement GIS features per project requirements. - Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications for seamless integration with ArcGIS. Required Skills: - Proficiency in ReactJS and modern JavaScript frameworks. - Extensive experience with ArcGIS APIs and functionalities. - Ability to manage multiple coordinate systems and map projections. - Familiarity with different map layers and spatial data. - Strong grasp of GIS concepts and geospatial data management. - Proficient with map tools for navigation and selection in GIS applications. - Excellent problem-solving skills for complex spatial operations. - Knowledge of ArcGIS Enterprise tools, VertiGIS Studio Web, and SDK. - Understanding of GIS-based data analysis and spatial querying techniques. - Familiarity with cloud-based GIS solutions like ArcGIS Online and Esri Enterprise. - Previous exposure to other GIS frameworks or libraries. Nice to Have: - Ability to clear a background check with no criminal record. Other Requirements: - Candidates serving notice period will be given preference. - Preferred qualifications include BTech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, B.Sc. in IT or CS, or full-time MCA. - Candidates should provide project details with mandatory technical skills used in each project.,
