Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Business Development Manager, based in New Delhi. The role focuses on driving new business development, building relationships with clients, and identifying growth opportunities in the luxury retail sector. Key responsibilities include creating business plans and strategies, analyzing market trends, and leading retail sales initiatives to achieve organizational objectives. This role requires collaboration with clients and team members to optimize business performance and brand presence. Qualifications Strong New Business Development and Retail Sales skills with experience in identifying leads and expanding market reach. Proven abilities in Business Planning and strategic thinking to drive growth and achieve revenue goals. Excellent Communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Strong Analytical Skills for market research, data interpretation, and trend analysis. Experience in working within the luxury retail industry is a plus. Effective team management and collaboration skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degrees are advantageous.
