Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production and Purchase Manager, based in Tirunelveli. The Production and Purchase Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards, managing procurement and supplier relationships, and optimizing inventory control. The role involves planning and coordinating production schedules, monitoring supply chain activities, and collaborating with teams to maintain efficiency in both production and purchase operations. Qualifications Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures Experience in procurement, supplier management, and inventory management Proficiency in planning, organizing, and coordinating production schedules Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor and team interactions Ability to lead teams and maintain efficiency in a dynamic work environment Proficiency in relevant software tools for production and procurement tracking Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field is preferred
