Retail Stores Sales StaffKey Responsibilities:Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, providing product information and guidance on selections. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets by actively engaging with customers and offering additional products or promotions.Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, trends, promotions, and company policies to better assist customers.Inventory Management: Ensure merchandise is restocked, organized, and properly displayed. Assist with stock management and reporting discrepancies.Store Operations: Maintain store cleanliness, assist in visual merchandising, and ensure the store operates smoothly during your shift.Cash Handling: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling various forms of payment.Customer Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by offering personalized service and following up on purchases or inquiries.An ideal candidate must have:Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, preferably in women's ethnic wear stores.Should be able to commute to Jayanagar area in Bengaluru.Strong knowledge of Bangalores retail market and local women's ethnic wear trends.Ability to handle multiple tasks, from operations to inventory management.Proficiency in retail software for stock management and POS systems.Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.Hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment, with an eye for detail in store layout and merchandising.Kannada speakers and Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
