Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts acum Billing Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, support financial reporting, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be organized, and have a good understanding of accounting principles and practices. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate books of accounts including ledgers, journals, and bank statements Handle accounts payable and receivable functions Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely closure of accounts Manage petty cash and expense reports Support audits by providing necessary documents and explanations Coordinate with vendors and customers for invoice and payment follow-ups Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions Use accounting software such as Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax compliances Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and time management skills Preferred Skills: Experience in working with ERP systems Knowledge of inventory and payroll accounting Familiarity with internal control procedures Job Type: Full-time / On-site
