The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises, performing routine support tasks, and assisting staff with basic errands and office work. Key Responsibilities Open and close office premises on time. Maintain cleanliness of office areas, including workspaces, the pantry and washrooms. Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors. Carry files and documents between departments or to external offices. Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents. Handle outdoor tasks like going to the post office, banks or other errands as needed. Assist in setting up meeting rooms and ensuring office supplies are stocked. Deliver and collect documents/packages as required. Provide support during events or administrative functions. Requirements Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass (preferred). Basic reading and writing skills. Honest, punctual and hardworking. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Physically fit to carry out cleaning and running errands.
