We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Field Work Services Technician to join our AquaPro team. The technician will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and service of water purifiers and related filtration systems at customer sites. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, good communication skills, and a customer-first attitude. Key Responsibilities: Install, service, and maintain water purifiers and filtration systems at customer locations. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to RO, UV, UF, and other water treatment systems. Conduct regular preventive maintenance visits. Maintain accurate service records and update customer service logs. Handle customer queries and provide product usage guidance politely and professionally. Collect service charges and spare part payments (if applicable). Report daily field activity and service completion updates to the office team. Ensure customer satisfaction and promote AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) renewals. Requirements: ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant technical field. Minimum 1 year of experience in water purifier servicing or similar fieldwork preferred. Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred). Good communication and customer handling skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic knowledge of mobile apps for service tracking/reporting.
