We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Penetration Tester to lead impactful security assessments across diverse platforms. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive penetration tests on web applications, mobile apps, APIs, and networks. Lead red teaming engagements to simulate real-world attack scenarios and evaluate security defenses. Perform vulnerability assessments and deliver actionable remediation guidance. Research and exploit vulnerabilities to demonstrate risks and potential impacts. Prepare detailed technical reports and executive summaries outlining findings and recommendations. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to enhance overall security posture. Stay up to date on the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and tools. Contribute to improving internal methodologies and toolsets. Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on complex projects. Required Qualifications: Experience: At least 3 years in penetration testing, covering web, mobile, API, and network environments. Certifications: Hold at least one of the following: OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional) OSWE (Offensive Security Web Expert) CREST CRT (Certified Registered Tester) Other relevant certifications are a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency with security tools and frameworks (e.g., Burp Suite, Metasploit, Kali Linux). Expertise in manual testing techniques and exploitation methods. Strong knowledge of OWASP Top 10, SANS Top 25, and the MITRE ATT&CK framework. Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell). Red Teaming Expertise: Proven experience in red teaming and advanced attack simulations. Bug Bounty Programs: Success in bug bounty programs is a significant advantage. About The Role AppSecure Security is seeking an Account Manager to join the team and be responsible for ensuring that customers are thriving with our next generation offensive Web/ Mobile Application PT, Red Teaming exercise and Bug Bounty platform and services. You will focus on high levels of adoption to ensure customer satisfaction as well as be driving all new, renewal, cross and upsell within your accounts. You will identify key customer MBO’s to drive a roadmap, milestones and creation of customer champions as a trusted advisor. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success, consultative selling approach, and hail from a SaaS or security company. You will need to be a great listener, strong communicator, as well as a curious and creative problem solver You Can Expect To Serve as the primary point of contact for clients while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success and Cyber security Services to ensure the existing customer base is receiving the value they expect from their implemented services/ solutions. Achieve a quota of new sales growth within your select customer base and region each quarter. Be a customer advocate, driving relationships with key customers and creating new champions. Identify whitespace in existing accounts and create value based presentations to promote upgrades and cross-sells. Consult with our existing customers to recommend additional services/ solutions from the AppSecure portfolio. Devise and execute account strategies and plans to maximize customer success and account growth. Provide high touch customer service, including escalation and coordination of support issues as needed. Deliver feedback to the Product Management team on new service/ feature requests and product enhancements from your customer base. What You’ll Need At least 3-4 years of sales, or relevant experience. Security or SaaS sales experience desired. Track record of meeting or exceeding expectations in an individually focused, quota carrying role. Technical aptitude and ability to learn new concepts quickly. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and also in a team environment. A curious nature with a desire to learn and a competitive spirit. High level of comfort handling client objections and negotiations. Excellent time management skills.
