About the Role: We are seeking an experienced QA Lead / QA Consultant to drive quality assurance across web and mobile projects. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers (manual and automation). Assign tasks, review test plans, and monitor team progress and productivity. Conduct regular 1:1s, team standups, and performance evaluations. Test Strategy & Execution: Define and drive QA strategy for manual & automation testing. Review requirements to ensure coverage and mitigate quality risks. Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts. Consultative & Cross-Functional Work: Work with dev, product, and PM teams to ensure quality from the start. Share QA insights in client discussions and project planning. Represent QA in reviews, release planning, and retrospectives. Automation & Tools: Oversee test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, etc.). Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Guide tool selection for test management & reporting (TestRail, Zephyr, JIRA). You will be responsible for building high-performance mobile apps and responsive web interfaces that deliver a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities: Mobile Development (React Native): Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS. Integrate with REST APIs and third-party libraries. Implement smooth animations, navigation, and state management using Redux or Context API. Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code. Web Development (React.js): Build and enhance responsive user interfaces using React.js. Optimize components for performance across different browsers and devices. Ensure code quality through unit testing and integration testing. Collaborate with backend developers to define and consume APIs. Preferred candidate profile 2 to 3 years of experience in React Native and React.js. Proficient in JavaScript, ES6+, TypeScript (optional but preferred).
