Description This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in various HR functions and help the candidate develop the skills needed for a successful career in HR. The HR Trainee will assist in Learning & Development , HR Technology and day to day HR operations. Job Details Role Specific Responsibilities Assist in sourcing and screening candidates. Schedule interviews and coordinate for the interview availability of Hiring Manager. Support onboarding processes, including documentation and induction programs. Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and events. Gather employee feedback and assist in improving workplace culture. Assist in managing HR software and systems. Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops. Assist in evaluating training effectiveness. Assist in maintaining Training Documentation. Compliance: Complies with company Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures, and arrangementsReports all Health, Safety and Environmental accidents, incidents and near misses promptlyActs in a safe and responsible manner at all times Problem Solving and Innovation: Active participation in continuous improvement activitiesParticipates in problem-solvingTakes responsibility and ownership for own learning and development in the spirit of continuous improvement of both self and the businessAssists in the training, mentoring, and assessment of other team membersExercises autonomy and judgement subject to overall direction or guidance Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PG in HR preferred but not mandatory). Fresher Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
