Job Title: Content Creator (Copy + Video + Editing + Comics) Location: Remote / Hybrid Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview The Content Creator will be the creative powerhouse behind our content strategydeveloping concepts, writing copy, producing videos, editing, and designing comic-style characterizations that make complex topics relatable to our target audience. From educational blog posts to viral social content, you’ll shape the voice and visuals of our brand. Key Responsibilities Creative Development • Concept and execute original content ideas across formats—blogs, social media, video, and comics. • Write compelling copy for campaigns, scripts, and digital storytelling. • Develop comic-style illustrations or characterizations to make content engaging and accessible. Video Production & Editing • Shoot, edit, and produce video content for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). • Add graphics, captions, and light motion design to enhance storytelling. Content Publishing • Adapt and repurpose content across channels for maximum reach. • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and schedule posts consistently. Collaboration & Strategy • Work closely with designers, marketers, and subject-matter experts to align on campaigns. • Stay ahead of social trends, and content formats to keep our brand fresh. Requirements • 2–4 years of experience creating digital content. • Strong writing and storytelling skills for multiple platforms. • Proficiency in video production and editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar). • Ability to create or storyboard comic-style characterizations (digital illustration or using tools like Procreate, Illustrator, Canva, etc.). • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn). • Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator). • Highly creative, resourceful, and independent. Nice-to-Haves • Experience in parenting, education, or tech content. • Motion graphics/animation skills. • SEO and content optimization knowledge.
