Job Title: Field Sales Executive (B2B SaaS) Product: Apprelix (Garment Manufacturing Software) Location: Delhi NCR Type: Full-Time | On-Site (Field Work) About Us We are the team behind Apprelix , a cutting-edge software solution designed specifically for the garment manufacturing industry. Our mission is to help factories transition from pen-and-paper to digital efficiency. We help manufacturers streamline production, manage inventory, and reduce wastage. We are looking for a hustler who isn't afraid to step onto the factory floor and close deals. Role Overview We are looking for a driven Field Sales Executive who will serve as the face of Apprelix in the manufacturing hubs. This is not a desk job. You will be spending 80% of your time in the field, visiting industrial areas, walking into garment factories, and speaking directly with factory owners and production managers. Your goal is simple: Show them how Apprelix can save them money and time, and turn them into paid subscribers. Key Responsibilities Territory Mapping: Scout and identify garment manufacturing hubs and industrial zones in Delhi NCR Direct Field Sales: Physically visit 5–10 factories daily. Perform "cold visits" (door-knocking) to identify decision-makers (Factory Owners or Production Managers). Consultative Selling: Understand the factory's current pain points (e.g., "Where is your stock getting lost?", "How do you track cutting averages?", “Why is your production delayed”) and pitch Apprelix as the solution. Demos & Meetings: conduct quick on-site demonstrations of the Apprelix software using a tablet/laptop or schedule in-depth meetings for the senior sales team. Follow-ups: Maintain relationships with hesitant leads and follow up consistently until the deal is closed. Reporting: Update daily visit logs and lead status in our CRM system. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, or Direct Sales. Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Prior experience selling to the Textile, Garment, or Manufacturing industry is a massive plus. Tech-Savviness: You don't need to be a coder, but you must be comfortable explaining software features to non-technical users. Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler/vehicle and a valid driver’s license. Language: Fluency in [Local Language] is mandatory to build rapport with factory staff; professional proficiency in English/Hindi is required for reporting. Who You Are Thick-Skinned: You don't take "no" for an answer personally. You view rejections as a stepping stone to a "yes." The "Desi" Hustler: You are comfortable navigating industrial estates, dust, and noise. You prefer being on the move rather than sitting in an AC office.
