and then the phone keep telling me the number you have dialled is busy all the time

Very Bad experience.I visited today at 10 PM to buy medicine there are Four staff but only one staff is working rest all sitted and talking on phone.I asked many times for medicine but no one replied .For taking medicine I have to stand more than 20 minutes.
