Role Overview: You are invited to join JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s Asset and Wealth Management AI team as a senior ML and GenAI engineer (VP). In this role, you will be a key member of a global team responsible for developing high-impact AI applications and platforms in the financial services industry. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge ML and LLM models and deploy solutions to production environments on AWS or Azure. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and implement ML and LLM-powered solutions - Collaborate with team members globally and across organizational lines - Accelerate adoption of common AI capabilities across JPMorgan AWM's lines of business - Design and implement scalable data processing pipelines and deploy model inference services - Deploy solutions on public cloud infrastructure - Develop and productionize high-quality machine learning models, services, and platforms Qualifications Required: - MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Machine Learning - Minimum 5 years of development experience, with at least 4 years in hands-on Machine Learning Engineering - Leadership capacity in generating new AI/ML ideas and developing GenAI-based solutions - Proficiency in Python programming; knowledge of Go programming is a plus - Expertise in at least one cloud computing platform: AWS, Azure, Kubernetes - Experience with LLMs to solve business problems, including fine-tuning and inference - Knowledge of data pipelines, SQL (e.g., Postgres), and NoSQL stores (e.g., OpenSearch, Redis) - Strong understanding of Data structures, Algorithms, Machine Learning, Data Mining, Information Retrieval, Statistics - Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and business partners Additional Company Details: Uplers is committed to simplifying and expediting the hiring process.
