With your deep product knowledge, you will accurately define client issues and design resolutions. Your typical day will involve providing ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth system operations. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their technical issues and concerns. Troubleshoot system or application issues and provide timely resolutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system operations. Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and industry trends. Identify areas for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Apache Tomcat Administration. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Java Enterprise Edition. Strong understanding of system administration and troubleshooting. Knowledge of web server technologies and protocols. Familiarity with database management systems. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Apache Tomcat Administration.
