The position demands continuous collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and deliver timely solutions that support business continuity and efficiency.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead efforts to troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective resolutions.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of support activities.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Playwright, Selenium.- Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and tools related to Playwright.- Experience in debugging and diagnosing issues within web applications and services.- Ability to analyze logs, trace errors, and identify root causes in complex software environments.- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment pipelines to support automated testing.- Good understanding of scripting languages and test automation best practices.Additional Information:
