Must have skills : Microsoft SQL Server Administration Good to have skills : NAMinimum 0-2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that applications meet the specified needs and quality standards. You will also engage in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities to enhance application performance and user experience, while mentoring junior team members to foster a collaborative work environment. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application design and configuration. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with database performance tuning and optimization.- Familiarity with backup and recovery strategies for SQL Server databases.- Understanding of security best practices for database management.- Experience with SQL Server Integration Services for data migration and transformation. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.- This position is based at our Noida office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
