Must have skills : SAP Quality Management (QM) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Minimum 15 years of educational qualifications Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical solutions. Manage the application development lifecycle, including planning, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the successful delivery of applications within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance application performance and user experience. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications that meet user requirements and expectations. Additional Responsibility 1:Conduct regular code reviews and perform code refactoring to optimize application performance and maintainability. Additional Responsibility 2:Lead the implementation of continuous integration and deployment processes to streamline application development and delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM). Strong understanding of SAP QM processes and functionalities, including quality planning, inspection, and notification management. Experience in configuring and customizing SAP QM modules to meet business requirements. Hands-on experience in integrating SAP QM with other SAP modules, such as Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP). Solid knowledge of SAP QM master data management and quality control procedures. Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP S/4HANA and familiarity with SAP Activate methodology. Recommendation 1:Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 development for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. Recommendation 2:Understanding of SAP Solution Manager for application lifecycle management and incident management.-S/4 Experience is must , brownfield conversion will be added advantage Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).
