Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : SAP ABAP Development Good to have skills : NAMinimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will be at the forefront of designing, building, and configuring applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing guidance to team members, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies to enhance application performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development.- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.- Experience with SAP modules and integration techniques.- Familiarity with debugging and performance tuning in SAP environments.- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development.- This position is based at our Kolkata office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
