Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that solutions are aligned with organizational goals and best practices. Your role will require you to balance technical expertise with effective communication, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have influencing and advisory skills.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.- Mentor junior professionals and assist in their professional development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.- Experience with integration techniques and tools within the SAP ecosystem.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.- Familiarity with agile development practices and project management tools. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
