Project Role :Application Lead
Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that project goals are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding the team in implementing effective solutions. You will also be responsible for overseeing the application development process, ensuring that best practices are followed, and maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates will be a key part of your role, ensuring alignment and transparency in all project activities. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Skills:

Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite.- Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies.- Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot application issues effectively.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
