Summary:As a Neoload Test Automation Performance Lead/ Engineer, responsible for transforming testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function using quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Your typical day will involve developing and implementing performance testing strategies using Neotys Neoload as part of Testing Phase in S/4 HANA Greenfield Implementation project
Roles & Responsibilities:- Develop and implement performance testing strategies using Neotys Neoload and other innovative testing products and solutions.- Expert in understanding complex architecture of end to end systems , collaborate with cross functional teams , derive NFRs and workload model - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance issues, ensuring the quality and integrity of the software.- Design and develop automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the test automation framework, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and reusability.- Stay updated with the latest advancements in performance testing and automation, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.Professional & Technical

Experience in Performance Testing Strategy.- Must have worked in S/4 HANA implementation projects - Strong hands on Java microservice performance engineering or Python, kafka and sql / no-sql DB performance- Experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.- Experience in identifying and resolving performance issues.
