Must have skills : SAP Master Data Migration Good to have skills : NAMinimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing project progress, coordinating with team members, and ensuring successful application implementation. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications.- Coordinate with team members to ensure project milestones are met.- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.- Analyze and resolve technical issues during application development.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Migration.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP Development.- Strong understanding of data migration processes in SAP systems.- Knowledge of SAP data structures and data modeling.- Experience in data cleansing and data quality management.- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Master Data Migration.- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
