Your day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the applications align with business needs and requirements, contributing to the design process, and providing innovative solutions to enhance application functionality. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the design and development of applications- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure project progress- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Compensation, Workday Benefits- Strong understanding of application design principles- Experience in developing applications to meet business requirements- Knowledge of software development lifecycle- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core Compensation.- This position is based at our Kolkata office.- A Preferred to have workday related Certification is required.
