The address is wrong in the appointment form and correct one is punjagutta one. No courtesy to even intimate people. Just capitalising on the monopoly.

Please carry photographs with u, else the kiosk available @ entrance is privately owned, the picture quality is worse than aadhar card photos..please please carry ur photographs.

I have been given slot at 1.08 and even after 3 n half hrs my process did not start . The reason is that the send the premium lounge persons who paid 3k amount to do but the only issue is y did the provide an slot so early when the can't do the process..... This has to be the worst experience i had.

Overall it was bad ..staffs were not welcoming and bit rude ..They accept cash and UPI transaction but not credit or debit cards which is a drawback .
