Here to get my phone’s camera checked. At the service centre, out of 7, only 3 operators are present at desk. Super slow service. People have been waiting for 1+ hour and most of them left as well. Kindly ensure full presence of staff to cater to the customer traffic

Very bad experience, I purchased apple watch and have an iPhone already, my senior citizen mother went to store to get some help in pairing the watch but the shop people refused and asked Rs. 1500 for it, never expected anything like this from Apple, really bad behaviour, and inhuman staff. She was also mocked, a senior citizen.

The sales people are helpful, they have a broad range of apple products, mcbook, iphone, smart watches,case, glass guards and many more… they explained the features well… dur to covid they don’t let use us the restroom and don’t have water facilities which is more imp i think… They can manage that too if they want…
