Get a lot of bad press, but in my experience customer services has been nothing short of excellent. Comments says bad customer support or behaviour. But what I experience there is a good relationship with the Store manager.

The best and profound services available with this shop. I have been the customer with them for a long time and very satisfied with their service. Experienced staff over their was really helpful in identifying my iPhone issue and getting it serviced promptly.

I've had to have my phone11 and Macbook repaired in the last month Very impressed and will definitely recommend . Great communication, good behaviour,advice and support. Competitive pricing and a real sense that you could trust the team to be fair and honest.

I visited this place and i had a very bad experience. Customer service executives were not dealing properly. The information conveyed over phone call and that in person are entirely different. They dont even admit their mistake. Its better for the shop to change their executives so that u dont lose ur customers.
