Very poor customer service, kept waiting for over 30 minutes to even acknowledge the issue. They have 5 counters in the service section and only one person available to register complains. Highly inefficient. They have no value for customer’s time.

What a worst Service- I deposited my Tab on 07.07.2021 for repairing. I was told they will check it within 5 seven days and call me if it can be repaired. Else, it will be sent to Banglore for further process. Today is 15th. No call. When i tried to call them. no response..
