We're hiring an Oracle Lead Developer (5-7 years' experience) to join our R&D team. This is a great opportunity to contribute to product development, work on Oracle EBS technical stack, and grow your expertise in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Develop high-performance PL/SQL code and optimize Oracle systems. Work on EBS technical stack (reports, concurrent programs, interfaces). Support RICE components and customizations in HRMS modules. Collaborate with product and functional teams to deliver robust solutions. Troubleshoot, tune, and continuously improve code quality. What We're Looking For 5 -7 years' hands-on Oracle PL/SQL experience. Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and performance tuning. Familiarity with Oracle EBS HRMS (Core HR, Payroll, SSHR) a plus. Prior experience in product development is an advantage.
