Job Title: Appian Developer Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Delhi / Kolkata Experience Level: Mid to Senior(6+ years) Certification Required: Appian Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) We are looking for a talented and certified Appian Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in designing and developing Appian applications, along with integrating them with enterprise systems. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive problem-solving approach. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain Appian applications using core Appian objects. - Translate functional requirements into scalable Appian business flows. - Enhance existing Appian codebase and develop new modules as required. - Implement integrations using Connected Systems, Web APIs, Plugins, and third-party systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of Appian solutions. - Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities. - Document technical specifications and maintain application support materials. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience as an Appian Developer with a strong understanding of Appian architecture and capabilities. - Certified in Appian Level 2 and Level 3. - Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development. - Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Preferred Skills: - Experience with enterprise integrations and Appian plugins. - Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps. - Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization in Appian applications.
