As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Billing and Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. Job Summary: The Billing and Sales Executive will be responsible for handling customer sales transactions, managing billing processes, and ensuring that sales targets are met. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage customer relationships while ensuring smooth billing and sales operations. The ideal candidate should be customer-oriented, have a good understanding of retail sales, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Sales Support: Assist customers in selecting products, provide product information, and help them make informed purchasing decisions based on their needs and preferences. Billing and Invoicing: Generate accurate invoices for all sales transactions, ensuring all details (such as product details, quantities, pricing, and taxes) are correct. Payment Handling: Process payments through various methods (cash, credit/debit card, online payments) and ensure timely and accurate payment recording. Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to sales, billing, and returns. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Sales Reporting: Assist in maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, ensuring all sales activities are accurately recorded. Stock Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure that popular items are available for customers. Report low stock and assist in inventory control. Promotions & Discounts: Inform customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, and deals. Apply applicable discounts during billing. Cash Register Operations: Operate the cash register, ensuring all sales transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. Sales Targets: Meet individual and team sales targets by promoting additional products, upselling, and cross-selling complementary products. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of transactions, sales receipts, and other relevant documentation. Customer Follow-Up: Maintain strong relationships with customers and follow up on any post-sale inquiries or feedback to ensure satisfaction and retention. Skills and Qualifications: Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields is a plus. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, billing, or customer service. Experience in the flooring or upholstery industry is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficient in using billing software, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and MS Office (Excel, Word). Customer Service: Excellent communication skills with a customer-first attitude and the ability to resolve issues effectively. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, especially when handling billing and invoices. Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, stay organized, and meet deadlines. Sales Skills: Ability to identify customer needs, suggest appropriate products, and close sales effectively. Team Player: Collaborative, with a positive attitude and ability to work well with other team members. Working Conditions: Full-time position.
