Below average experience. Center is short on nursing staff and there is no coordination between appointment time given and availability of staff for carrying out required duties. Center manager is clueless and is busy on phone. Simple and basic rules of how many staff and at what time could solve their issues.

Everything was nice, space was clean. But overall tried to accommodate everything in a limited space. Also staff i felt was little immature to handle the situations. Had taken my dad for entire body check up.

Repeatedly doing the Annual Health Checkup here for almost 3 Years now. The staff and consultants are extremely helpful and give some good guidance. The technology and equipment used are world class and we have benefited from the consultation

The staff were very helpful in accommodating and taking the respective tests. The doctor was very nice and conveyed all the important details regarding their observations. The receptionist Toshini was very helpful in taking me through the process.

- The patient service is poor. Despite of no rush, the staff was unable to manage and resulted in long waiting hours -The environment is extremely unprofessional as tests, reports, consultation or any scheduling is done without keeping a timeline to it

I recently visited Apollo Clinic and was impressed by their excellent and speedy service. The staff, especially Toshini and the guy who did X-ray, was incredibly polite, making my experience exceptionally pleasant.
