We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and build strong brand awareness within the niche reverse engineering and product development space. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of industrial and B2B marketing, strong digital marketing skills, and the ability to communicate the technical value of our services to both engineers and decision-makers. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals and target industries. Lead Generation & Campaigns: Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns (email, PPC, SEO, trade shows, etc.) to generate high-quality leads. Content Marketing: Create and oversee the production of compelling content such as case studies, whitepapers, videos, blog posts, and newsletters to communicate our technical capabilities and success stories.Manage digital channels including website, SEO/SEM, social media, and CRM platforms to increase online visibility and conversion rates.Enhance brand positioning in the engineering and manufacturing markets through consistent messaging and visual identity.Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Use insights to refine marketing tactics.Organize and represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and client workshops.Work closely with the sales, engineering, and product teams to align messaging and ensure marketing efforts support business development. Qualifications Digital Marketing: Brand Management: Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Trade Shows & Events: Collaboration: Bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or technology sectors. Understanding of reverse engineering concepts, CAD, 3D scanning, and related technical services. Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn, HubSpot/CRM, analytics tools). Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling messages. Experience managing marketing budgets and KPIs. Self-starter with strong project management and leadership abilities. Preferred Skills Knowledge of CAD software and reverse engineering tools. Familiarity with industry verticals such as aerospace, automotive, defence, and heavy machinery. Experience with video marketing and technical demonstrations.
