Job Summary

Apigee X / Apigee Hybrid Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and manage APIs using

  Google Apigee X and Apigee Hybrid

  .
• Implement API management solutions, including API proxies, policies, traffic management, analytics, and lifecycle management.
• Configure API security using OAuth 2.0, JWT, API keys, TLS/SSL, and other security mechanisms.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate backend services with enterprise applications.
• Work on web development and UX development to build user-friendly interfaces and API integration solutions.
• Use

  Python

  for scripting, automation, backend development, and API integration.
• Utilize

  Redis

  for caching, session management, and improving application performance.
• Work with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes to support deployment and application scalability.
• Configure and troubleshoot Apigee Hybrid runtime components and their integration with Kubernetes-based environments.
• Monitor API performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions for availability, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, DevOps engineers, and security teams to deliver robust API solutions.
• Follow API design standards, security best practices, CI/CD processes, and documentation guidelines.

Must-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience with

  Apigee X and Apigee Hybrid

• Strong understanding of

  API Management

  and API lifecycle management.
• Experience in

  Web Development

  and RESTful API integration.
• Knowledge of

• Strong understanding of

• Microservices architecture and backend integration patterns.
