Location: India (Jodhpur/Jaipur or Delhi area) Key Responsibilities Execute the technical onsite audits while ensuring they are conducted in accordance with established standards and procedures. Evaluate factory process, products and systems to ensure they meet required quality criteria. Review documentation and examine quality documentation, including procedures, working instructions and records to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with standards. Detect document errors, deviations, non-conformities and areas for improvement during audits. Provide clear and actionable comments to relevant factory stakeholders. Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, observations and recommendations. Present audit results to factory management and factory stakeholders, highlighting risks and areas for improvement. Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to verify timely resolution of issues. Provide desktop remote control on review all corrections and evidences. Conduct follow-up audits to verify the implementation of corrective actions. Ensure that non-conformities are resolved effectively and sustainably. Communicate with client before and after the technical audit for additional audit approach and or additional audit checking request and or factory corrective action review follow up and or follow up audit approach when necessary / scheduled. Lead and conduct audit result measurement and analysis and prepare monthly or seasonal audit performance report. Identify potential risks then provide recommendations for improving company’s processes and controls. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effectiveness of Operations and resolution of audit issues. Ensure compliance with ethical standards and professional guidelines, and maintain confidentiality of audits information. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within the quality industry (consumer goods preferred). Familiarity with one or more of the following sectors: furniture, plastic products, metal, toys, children’s products, or electronics. Extensive audit experience with solid knowledge of international standards (ISO), particularly ISO-9001 and ISO-19011. Strong leadership skills and a problem-solving attitude. Excellent analytical and communication skills; fluent in English.
