Company is fine. They have recruitment round the year but freshers are paid less I feel as compared to the amount of work you have to do. Not a suitable option for students because it demands a lot of mental energy for this work. Salary is on time.

My humble request. Who are planning to work here. Don't go. They are froad ppls. They will tell while join u will get training salary for 45days. After completion of training if ur not colified next level. They will not give you single rupees also. Almost one month life will spoil. Please don't go there. One month salary also gone.
