As an Assistant Fashion Designer , you will play a vital role in supporting the development and execution of seasonal collections. Working closely with the lead designer or founder, you'll assist in everything from concept creation and material sourcing to sample development and production coordination. This is a dynamic position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and has a keen eye for detail, organization, and emerging fashion trends. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the research and development of seasonal design concepts, mood boards, and color stories. Help manage the sample development process, including coordinating with patternmakers, sample rooms, and vendors. Source and organize fabrics, trims, and other materials, maintaining a well-documented material library. Attend fittings, take notes, and communicate changes clearly to the production team. Keep all design files, tech packs, and documentation updated and organized. Track development timelines and help ensure on-time delivery of samples and production. Stay current on fashion trends, competitive brands, and customer preferences. Provide administrative and organizational support to the design and production teams. We are looking for a proactive Assistant Accountant to support our finance and operations team . The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day financial tasks, maintain accurate records.
