Poor construction quality of flats, bulider and maintenance department specially (Kapil) don't listen to complaints made by owners of the flats. If you are looking for possession of your flat, don't expect anything from them.

I have bought a flat in this society last year and now I have got possession .All the documents are complete of the property and project. Loan approval is quite easy from any bank . The best thing is that you can easily approach the director of the company and can have a talk with him regarding any issue.

Great society infrastructure with so green and peacefull area of Gr. noida. The flat facing which i have visited recently it was south west, else i am seeking in North west direction. But its good

Only a tower finished of two bhk out of two , one left is 3bhk unit tower for which i think builder will take more than a year...need fast work

Just booked a flat there and working is going on very fast there. Loading is very good and expect to get possession in 6 months. It's perfect in my budget .

Easy to trace...a nice society is under construction...1 tower is completed 2nd is going to be complete in some time..metro also coming this side..2 & 3 BHK on very reasonable price...
