Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Architect / Draftsman / Civil Engineer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings , 2D layouts, construction documentation, and 3D design models for pool projects, deck areas, landscaping elements, and related civil and mechanical works. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate technical drawings and working drawings for pool construction. Create 2D drawings in AutoCAD including plans, sections, elevations, and BOQ-related details. Develop 3D models and visualizations in SketchUp for presentations and client approvals. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is executed. Revise drawings based on site measurements, client feedback, and technical requirements. Ensure all drawings follow structural, safety, and industry standards. Required Skills & Competencies Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). Good command of SketchUp (mandatory). Understanding of civil/architectural detailing and construction drawings. Ability to visualize and convert concepts into accurate drawings. Knowledge of pool construction, piping layouts, or MEP drawings (added advantage). Good communication and coordination skills. Qualifications Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Draftsmanship . 1–5 years of experience in drafting, architectural design, or civil drawing preparation. Freshers with strong technical skills may also apply.
