Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, located in Ambattur. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and building strong client relationships. Daily tasks include handling client inquiries, preparing reports, managing budgets, and coordinating with different departments to ensure seamless service delivery. The role also requires the Account Manager to identify opportunities for growth and work on strategic initiatives to drive business development. Qualifications Client Management, Customer Service, and Relationship Building skills Budget Management and Report Preparation skills Ability to identify growth opportunities and drive business development initiatives Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and coordination skills Ability to work on-site in Ambattur Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred Experience in the metal and chemical industry is a plus
