The responsibilities include supporting the implementation of TPM methodologies, conducting autonomous and planned maintenance activities, identifying focus improvement areas, and delivering training sessions to employees. The role involves performing quality maintenance analysis and collaborating with teams to optimize resource utilization and improve overall operational efficiency. Qualifications Strong understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies, including Autonomous Maintenance and Planned Maintenance Ability to conduct Education and Training Sessions to promote operational best practices Skills in process improvement, problem-solving, and focus improvement initiatives Experience in quality maintenance activities, quality control, and asset management Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills Proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and driving sustainable improvements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field Experience in manufacturing or consulting environments is advantageous
