Job Description – QC Inspector (PEB Fabrication) Company : Apex Buildsys Ltd. Location : Pantnagar, Uttarakhand Position : QC Inspector Qualification : ITI Experience : Experience in PEB structure fabrication Job Summary We are looking for a QC Inspector with ITI Fitter background and hands-on experience in PEB structure fabrication. The candidate should have strong knowledge of fabrication processes, welding inspection, and dimensional quality control to ensure compliance with approved drawings, codes, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Inspect fabricated PEB components such as columns, rafters, beams, trusses, bracings, and built-up sections. Verify fit-up, welding, drilling, and assembly as per approved drawings and specifications. Perform dimensional checks using measuring instruments (tape, vernier caliper, spirit level, try square, gauge, etc.). Identify welding defects. Prepare and maintain QC inspection reports. Technical Skills & Knowledge Good knowledge of PEB fabrication processes Understanding of welding processes (GMAW/FCAW/MIG, SAW) Basic knowledge of weld defects and visual inspection Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings Familiarity with quality inspection tools and methods
