Summary of Job: The Admin Executive will ensure the smooth functioning of all school operations. The role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies, thereby contributing to an efficient and well-organized school environment. Job Responsibilities : Administrative Support Maintaining records, including the Fixed Assets Register and operational logs. Provide logistical support for school functions, events, and society meetings. Ensure daily campus upkeep, including monitoring housekeeping, utilities, and general maintenance. Help maintain liaison with external vendors and service providers for operational needs. Housekeeping and Security Coordinate with the housekeeping vendor to ensure adequate staffing and performance. Monitor cleanliness and hygiene across the school premises. Assist in overseeing campus security operations, including gate management, patrols, and visitor access. Support the implementation of safety protocols and conduct regular security checks. Transport and Maintenance Managing transportation services, including route optimization, vehicle maintenance, and compliance with safety regulations. Ensure timely repairs and servicing of school vehicles and equipment. Support the maintenance team in resolving infrastructure issues and ensuring uninterrupted utility services. Compliance and Liaison Help in maintaining documentation for statutory and regulatory compliance. Coordinating with regulatory authorities like the Water Department, Electricity Board, and local law enforcement. Assist in the timely renewal of AMCs and licenses as required. Horticulture and Canteen Coordinate with horticulture staff to maintain the campus gardens and green spaces. Assist in monitoring canteen operations, ensuring hygiene and quality standards are upheld. Personnel Coordination Maintain service records for administrative and Class IV staff, including Aadhaar details, police verifications, and leave records. Managing leave approvals and ensuring adherence to HR policies.
