Accounts/Admin ManagerRole & responsibilities Good understanding on Accounts , month end processes , MIS reporting, data analysis , Variance analysis , Budget, Forecast. Market analysis , Industry analysis , Business plan , able to extract data from financials Good understanding and practical knowledge of Office 365, advance tools like Power BI, Google sheet, AI and Chat GTP. Preparation of Presentations , process models, specifications, diagrams, charts ,flowchart Staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends , process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. Experience in accounting software like Zoho books, Tally, Xero etc.Knowledge of Import/Export documentation,trade finance products and instruments, including letters of credit, guarantees, and export credit insurance. Proficiency in financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in trade documentation. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in finance, international business, economics, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications , CA (e.g., Certified Documentary Credit Specialist) may be preferred. Fluency in English is must. Liquidity of wcap by strict management of inventory, credit limit and credit policies, strict collection.5. Develop methods for max w.cap available for sales deals.Fix annual budget for w.cap rotation and margins.
