Role Description We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Developer & Sales Expert to join our dynamic team. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Negotiation & Closing : Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with company goals. Drive digital ad sales revenue by identifying, pitching, and closing deals with clients and agencies in the market. Lead Generation : Use diverse channels (cold calling, email campaigns, networking) to identify potential customers. Qualifications: Education : Certificate in Digital Marketing, or a related field. Experience : Proven experience of minimum 6+ months in sales, preferably in IT, Digital Advertising, (website development and digital marketing) with a track record of achieving sales targets. Immediate Joiners are highly preferred Skills : Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a digital marketing environment. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Full-stack digital marketer with a successful track record in execution and strategy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
