Role Overview We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist / Appointment Setter to join our global sales team. You will be responsible for calling 200–300 small business owners daily across the United States , qualifying their needs, and booking live demos with our US-based closers. This is a full-time role with benefits, daily incentives, and growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Make 200–300 outbound calls daily to small business owners (across multiple states/time zones). Follow a clear call script and qualification process. Identify decision-makers and verify business details. Educate prospects briefly on Aonxi’s “No Payroll. No Agencies. Just Customers.” model. Book qualified demo appointments with our US-based closers. Update CRM with accurate call notes, statuses, and next steps. Achieve and exceed weekly KPIs for qualified demos and conversions. Excellent English communication (spoken and written). Confidence to handle high-volume outbound calls. Strong understanding of SMB pain points — marketing, sales, or customer acquisition. Organized, goal-driven, and comfortable using CRMs and dialers.
