Role & responsibilities To review and assess the Design Assignment Requirements Planning of Assignments targeted within Time Limit, Quality Assurance and Client Satisfaction Client Communications & Response Management for the Work Assignments allotted To Lead the Team and guide the Team for the Design Assignment Requirements To develop the Team and enhance the working culture of the team To study the Field Survey Information required for the achieving the Design Objectives To study/prepare Hydraulic Designs in the Relevant Software / As per the Design Requirements To get the Approval on the Design Assignments from relevant authority To be responsible for the project targets in relation to the Design Assignments To be responsible for maintaining the DCI timely as per required formats To co-ordinate with multi-disciplinary agency for achieving targets in time To be responsible for the Review of Engineering Drawings prior to submission To maintain proper discipline and punctuality during your employment tenure To establish effective communication and periodically report to the I.S. regarding the issues requiring decisions from Client / Project team To maintain the work etiquettes at all times during your employment tenure Preferred candidate profile Candidate with Strong Fundamentals & Sound Technical Experience and candidates with M.Tech. Water Resources will be given priority. Should have good communication skills, problem-solving, analytical ability and be a good team player.
