Antonov industrial Parks Job Purpose This role is responsible to assist the senior management in managing the financial aspects of the companys operations, inclusive of preparing financial reports, insights to support strategic decision making, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning. Summary Role Corporate Finance Department Corporate Finance & Strategy Location HO Wagle Estate Thane Reports to Managing Director Principle Accountabilities 1) Business Planning & Analysis: Preparing business plans, financial modelling, Study project and financial feasibility, budgeting, MIS. Remaining updated about Cash reserves and Investments 2) Corporate Strategy : Helping Sr. Manager Finance on business strategy by evaluating multiple strategic options & Operating models, spearheading strategic initiatives and projects. 3) Fund Raising: Assist in follow up with Banks, Financial Institutions & PE, for valuation reports, closing all types of legal, technical due diligence requirement, closing the deal for disbursement and post disbursement due diligence. Investor relations. 4) Market Analysis: Analyzing competition, trends, product, pricing, plan sales & marketing strategy. Making proposals / presentations to Financial Institutions and ensuring release of funds as per company’s needs 5) MIS Reports: Timely updates in financial management information systems for the company in close co-ordination with department head. 6) Cash Flow : Timely preparation and updating of Project and Group Cash Flow Job Specifications Education MBA/CA or other relevant degree Experience Minimum 10+ Yrs experience in finance, business strategy, financial modelling, Fund raising ( Real Estate experience Only) Skills & Abilities Organized self-starter with the ability to work both independently and cross-functionally .
Installation & Commissioning Install electrical panels, wiring, cable trays, conduits, motors, and equipment as per layout drawings. Perform termination of LT/HT cables, motors, transformers, and control panels. Assist in commissioning of industrial machinery and electrical systems. Maintenance & Repair Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical equipment. Troubleshoot faults in motors, MCC panels, VFDs, control circuits, and lighting systems. Diagnose issues using testing tools such as multimeters, megger, and clamp meters. Technical & Documentation Read and interpret electrical drawings, SLDs, wiring diagrams, and schematics. Maintain records of maintenance activities, test readings, and equipment logs. Coordinate with engineers and supervisors for project updates. Safety & Compliance Follow electrical safety protocols, lockout-tagout (LOTO), and PPE guidelines. Ensure compliance with IEC, NEC, and local electrical standards. Identify potential hazards and report unsafe conditions. Required Skills & Qualifications ITI / Diploma in Electrical (mandatory). Minimum 510 years of experience in industrial electrical work (manufacturing plants, factories, utility systems, EPC projects). Knowledge of LT/HT systems, motors, control panels, PLC wiring (preferred). Ability to read technical drawings and perform accurate wiring/terminations. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with industrial tools and measuring instruments.
