Role: Junior Architect Location: On-site, Sector 62, Noida, UP Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–2 years Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and skillset) Joining: Immediate preferred Role Description We are looking for a passionate and driven Junior Architect to join our dynamic team at Antaaye Arch Estate. The candidate will work closely with senior architects and project leads to support various stages of project design and execution. This includes conceptualization, design development, 3D visualization, construction drawings, and client presentations . The role offers hands-on exposure to live projects , site coordination, and client interactions, with a strong emphasis on creative exploration, attention to detail , and professional growth . Key Responsibilities Assist in conceptual architectural design and space planning for various project typologies Support in design development , working drawings, and detailing Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and visual presentations using SketchUp, Lumion, and other tools Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution Participate in internal reviews, client meetings, and design discussions Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and Vaastu principles (where required) Maintain project documentation and timelines Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and best practices Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution 1–2 years of professional experience in an architectural or design studio Strong skills in AutoCAD , SketchUp , Lumion , Photoshop , and MS Office Experience in working drawings, material research, and detailing Good understanding of building bylaws, codes, and sustainable design practices Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team Knowledge of Vaastu and project estimation will be a plus What We Offer Opportunity to work on diverse, high-impact projects Creative freedom and mentorship from experienced architects Professional development and learning environment A collaborative, energetic, and design-driven work culture To Apply: Please send your CV, portfolio , and a short note about your design approach to varadsinghal.architect@gmail.com.
