Key Responsibilities: Call existing and potential patients to inform them about our diagnostic services, offers, and health packages. Answer queries related to lab tests, sample collections, appointments, and reports. Schedule appointments for home sample collection and in-center visits. Maintain records of calls and update the database regularly. Follow up with leads and ensure a smooth patient experience. Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. Requirements: Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Confident, polite, and patient-friendly attitude.
